What am I investing in?
Lombard Equities Group offers investors the opportunity to invest in single asset offerings and diversified funds which primarily focus on investments in multifamily assets across the broader Pacific Northwest.
When you acquire shares in one of our offerings, you become a direct equity owner of the LLC that owns the properties and receive the tax benefits and more that investors typically receive for such deals.
Am I eligible to invest?
Currently, our offerings are 506c which require you to be an Accredited Investor.

Can I invest through my IRA?
Yes - it's possible for you to invest through your retirement account. We have accepted capital before from such investors. If you want to discuss the mechanics of doing this, please submit a contact form here and we will be in touch.
How has Lombard Equities performed?
We are a long-term oriented investor, which means we have not sold any of our investment deals yet. As such, we cannot report a realized "full cycle" deal return yet (i.e. we have unrealized gains / losses on most deals, but no finalized, full-cycle returns to report).
We'd be happy to discuss specifics of different investments. Some high level points to add - on deals that we entered with the intention of executing on a value-add plan, we have realized unit-turn premiums (i.e. the increased rent after investing capital in the unit) of ~40%+, and increased NOI on those deals substantially (which directly impacts the building's valuation).
For "opportunistic" deals entered with the specific goal of producing cash flow (up-front and ongoing) we are averaging between 6 - 10% yields to investors presently.
If you'd like to discuss this in more detail, please submit a contact form here and we will be in touch.
Is my investment safe?
All investments carry the risk of loss, and real estate investments are no exception. There is always the potential for capital loss in any investment venture.
However, our investments are typically secure and not speculative. This is because we avoid excessive leverage and focus on acquiring properties in stable, secure locations.
If you want to discuss the security of investing through our Firm in greater detail we would welcome the chance to meet and review.
