What we do for our investors

Acquire

We acquire well located apartment complexes across the US West Coast with an eye toward long-term ownership.

Manage

We implement our asset management and property management systems to improve income, reduce expense loads, and make needed capital improvements to the property. These drive improved returns for our investors, and increases resident satisfaction.

Distribute

We aim to deliver 5 - 10% annualized cash flow to our investors on long-term holds while realizing tax-advantaged returns.
